She steps into the covered buggy at the top of the hill overlooking the beautiful scenery of southern Minnesota. She can’t wait to reach the bottom of the hill to meet her father and walk down the aisle. Her soon to be husband is anxiously awaiting her arrival. He can barely catch his breath as he sees the buggy at the top of the hill. He knows this moment has finally arrived. The greatness of this moment brings tears to his eyes. She steps out of the buggy and he sees his bride for the first time. Their beautiful bluff side wedding day has finally come!

Beautiful Bluff Side Wedding

The ceremony was performed by Riley’s uncle and it was truly special. It was heartwarming that someone who knew them so well was able to tell wonderful stories about them and speak to their true relationship. Riley and Nick love each other beyond words, but they were able to convey their emotions into personalized vows. It was clear how much they love each other when listening to their commitment towards one another.

During the speeches, we are able to get a glimpse into the families and friends of the couple and we were so lucky to get to hear the speeches about Riley and Nick! Riley’s dad spoke to how special their relationship is and how happy he is for his daughter and new son-in-law. And the love and special father-daughter bond they have was definitely apparent during their first dance! They danced to ‘Brown-Eyed Girl’ and were constantly in motion! Then came time for Riley and Nick’s wonderful first dance! These two have a spectacular connection and you could feel how much fun they were having! There were non-stop smiles on the newlywed’s faces during their first dance and while jumping on the horse and buggy to leave their party. And it was so evident the love and support they have from all of their family and friends at that moment of celebration and throughout the entire day!

Riley and Nick are two truly genuine individuals. They are incredibly caring towards each other and are grounded people. They are both extremely bright and wonderful people to be around! We are honored to have captured their day and work with their family and friends. Riley and Nick, we are so happy for you two and we know you are ready to take on the world together!
