Photographing engagements and weddings is truly my passion! My business motto is to serve people in a way that makes a long lasting positive impact. While weddings and wedding planning are an extremely joyous time, it also can get stressful! I love bringing an outside positive attitude into the process of wedding planning, the wedding day, and long after saying 'I do'. My mission is to ensure that not only do you get amazing photos, but that you also have the best experience possible.

Welcome
After you submit a contact form, I'll set up a free consultation to get to know you, talk over your visions, and what is most important to both of you. I'll explain my services and make sure we're a great match. I believe choosing a photographer is more than beautiful photos; the experience and customer service can make or break a wedding day. Choosing a photographer who understands your visions and someone you get along with is just as important.
step one:
the consultation
You've decided you want to work with me - Yay!! You'll choose which package is best for you, sign a contract, and pay your retainer fee to officially book with me and reserve your date! Then the fun part comes with planning your engagement session and wedding photography details!
step TWO:
booking Me
Right after you book me, I'll create a personalized wedding day photography timeline based on the details of your day and what is most important to you two. Then I'll be there to help with each step of the wedding planning process!
step Three:
Wedding Planning
For scheduling your engagement session, first think about what type of season you love to find an ideal time of the year, whether it's spring with early flower and tree blooms, summer with greenery and flower blooms, fall with trees turning color, or in the wintry snow. Then think about whether you would like to use the photos for Save the Dates. If so, schedule your engagement session approximately a month prior to when you want to send those out.
step four:
Engagement Session
A month prior to your wedding, you'll fill out a questionnaire so that I have all the details of your day and then we'll set up a meeting to go over everything together. This ensures I am best prepared to make your day amazing, smooth, and fun!
step Five:
Finalize details
It's finally here! On your wedding day, I'll make sure I capture each precious moment. I focus on efficiency so that you get a wonderful variety of images while having a wonderful time! I make sure I cover everything that is most important to you and more!
step six:
THE BIG DAY
A few days after your wedding, I'll post a couple sneak peek photos on my social media accounts, and then a week after your wedding I'll post the highlights of your wedding on my blog. Within two months after your wedding, you'll have all of your images delivered to you via an online gallery with unlimited downloads and the ability to purchase prints. If you are getting an album from me, I will also custom design the album during this time.

It gives my clients a chance to be in front of my camera before getting married, which makes the wedding day experience feel so smooth, seamless, and comfortable!
I love to photograph engagement sessions outdoors in natural light because I love images that are clean, bright, and timeless. That's why I like to begin all of my sessions 2 hours before the sunset during the magical 'golden hour' when the light in the sky is the softest, dreamiest, and most flattering!
Engagement sessions are up to 2 hours long and the location choice is completely up to you! However, I can give recommendations when needed!
After the session, the final, retouched high-resolution images will be available in an online gallery where the photos can be downloaded an unlimited number of times. Prints can also be ordered through the online gallery.
The engagement session is one of my favorite parts of working with my wedding clients!
The Engagement Session
I recommend you contact me as soon as possible to check my availability. My prime dates of Saturdays during the summer and fall book out approximately 18 - 24 months in advance. Prior to booking, I like to meet in person with couples or video chat. To book and hold your date, you will sign a contract and pay a retainer fee of $750.

When Should we schedule our engagement session?
The print credit included in the packages is for clients to order prints through their personalized online gallery. Clients will receive a code to use when ordering prints through their online gallery for the amount included in their package. This allows my clients to have the flexibility to order exactly what they want, and then the products are shipped directly to them!
