When asked what makes them a unique couple, Laura and Taylor said their love story since it’s so unconventional After initially connecting and setting up a first date, Taylor stood up Laura. After a couple years, Taylor reconnected with Laura and asked her out on a date. He wanted to make up his mistake to her, but she wasn’t on board initially. After he asked again, she agreed to another first date and this one went well. They hit it off talking out their similar interests in movies, outdoor activities, and traveling. They both are foodies and love to discover new food places and breweries. With being outdoors, they love to go hunting and fishing together and then come home to cuddle and watch a movie. Through all of their adventures and fun together, they grew together and knew marriage was in their future. Throughout their time of being engaged, Laura and Taylor have loved planning their future lives together.

Henry’s Woods Engagement Session

When planning their session, Laura and Taylor definitely wanted to include their shared love for the outdoors with being in a woodsy place. So their Henry’s Woods engagement session was a perfect location! We had wonderful fall colors throughout the woods and we were blessed with weather too! In late October, the weather outside can be so unpredictable in Minnesota, but we were lucky! We got a warm fall day with perfect sunshine that just absolutely made these two glow during the golden hour! I’m in love with all of images with the sun peaking through!
